Meet Bita:
My name is Bita Fallah. I am a professionally trained and qualified chef with an outstanding standard of cooking and presentation nurtured from my training in a Persian family home environment with traditional dishes passed down by the generations. Having worked in five star hotels, private clubs, Michelin Star and Fine Dinning restaurants in London has also added a great value to my culinary knowledge, experience and passion.
I cook with passion to the highest standards, using the finest, freshest ingredients and now wish to share the wonderful tastes, textures and culture of Persian food.
My Supper Club events have been really successful in the last few years and have been featured in The Evening Standard as one of the best Supper Clubs in London. Recently one of my Persian recipes has been published in the 'Bake for Syria' book about which I am very proud of being part of this amazing cause.
