Hi, I am a regular cooking instructor at School of Wok and London Cookery School. I am also the founder of BOM Pure Asian Food & 9Kitchens, a mission-driven catering company that also provides plant-centric cooking workshops.
We make and teach wholesome Asian cuisines to ethically and environmentally conscious people.
