Meet Nicole:
Hi all, my name is Nicole and I love creating a relaxed environment to allow people to enjoy experimenting in print, knit, dying and stitch.
I graduated from the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham where I studied Textiles for Fashion and Interiors. Since then, I have been teaching creative workshops to both adults and children of all ages and abilities.
Alongside the workshops, community art projects and charity work, I am also a part of the Learning Support team at UCA where I mentor a student in Fine Art. Since 2013, I have also been Artist in Residence in the textile department, having great access to the studio and working alongside the students.
Last year, I began a PGCE in the creative arts Graduate Certificate in Creative Arts Education, which has been funded by the university.
I invite you to come along and enjoy one of my workshops where I'll introduce you to one of the methods of textile printing on offer in the unique rooftop setting at the Queen of Hoxton!
