I'm an avid Martial Arts practitioner in Muay Thai. I've been practising for 6 years, but I love to do all kinds of sports. I'm constantly active, ever since my 2012 new years resolution to lose weight and gain confidence. I've lost 30kg, and that took me 4 years, and I never imagined how hard it can be. Now I have full control of it, and would like to teach others how to regain their health, youth, and confidence back.
