I am a certified/insured Yoga, Laughter Yoga and a Sacred Femininity Facilitator specialising in Tao /Tantric Arts, Jade Egg, Ritual,Qiqong, and Gaia Energy healing modalities. I passionately blend in all of the above intuitively into my work and continue to learn and expand in all of the above.
