DO YOU WANT TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR HOLIDAY IN THE MOUNTAINS?

We all know how hard it is to keep up a fitness routine during the festive holiday and this means that we usually are not in shape to get the most of our holiday on the snow.

Whether you are getting ready for your first ski or snowboard holiday or looking to go steeper and deeper the key to snowsport fitness is core stability, balance and flexibility.

These lunchtime classes combine yoga sequences with functional movement to prepare for the season ahead to improve performance, enhance endurance, prevent injury and have some fun.
  • Weekly classes start in 2 locations on November 1st running until December 21st
  • No experience is necessary and I will provide all equipment
  • Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement

  • An introduction to the key warm up/cool down stretches to do before and after a hard day on the slopes to help reduce those aches when you wake up on day 2!
