We breathe better around nature. We are part of nature and our bodies contain all the elements and minerals found in the earth, and more. In the daytime, around our natural surrounding and trees, we obtain higher levels of oxygen. We breath better, ridding our lungs, blood, cells, and body of toxins, picked up from vehicle fumes and other pollutants.

We will use special sounds helping the body vibrate at optimum frequency, bringing about healing, release and tranquility.

Specific movements, help us to gather and distribute qi energy. As we attune to the woodland's natural surroundings, we enhance our experience.

Spiritually we feel better in a natural environment. When we connect with all these natural elements, we can attune ourselves, mind, body, and spirit to look within.
