Welcome to Omkari Yoga, authentic yoga classes in Bristol. Run by Debbie Thomas, who has been practising different styles of yoga for over 20 years and a 500 hour trained yoga instructor, Omkari Yoga promises to deliver authentic yoga to anyone - beginners looking to start their journey into yoga or more advanced students to deepen their practice.
A friendly group yoga class every Monday, gentle yet effective so that you will feel nourished and revitalised. You will be led through Hatha flow yoga to greet the day.
The class will involve breathing practices to cleanse the respiratory system and a series of postures to improve your flexibility, balance and focus. The class ends with relaxation to calm the nervous system and encourage serenity and peace.
Please try not to eat anything up to 2 hours before the class. Bring a bottle of water. All mats and equipment provided or bring your own.
