This Funzing Experience:
Only for 6 weeks on a Monday 17 June - 22 July 8pm to 9:30pm.
For a better understanding I do recommend to book all 6 classes.

You will learn the essentials and fundamentals of yoga practice. So if you have never done yoga before but really want to try it, this class is definitely for you. Also, if you are curious to learn about the foundations of the yoga practice, you will greatly enjoy this.

We will go through the basic yoga postures (asanas), as well as the alignment that you create in your body when practising these. You will learn the difference between sun salutation A and B, Yamas and Niyamas, we will explore different breathing techniques (pranayama), and I will guide you through the basics of meditation.

This is a Naked Yoga class, so it will be the perfect occasion to get comfortable with that aspect, too.

The session will take place in a really welcoming and relaxed environment. We will practice at your own pace, which will help you to build strength and flexibility. So prepare to do some progress in your practice!

In the Clapham North studio on a Monday from 8 to 9:30pm, the class is open to both men and women of all colours, shapes, sizes and sexual orientations.

If you attend all the 6 sessions you will have enough understanding of a yoga practice to join me to my weekly drop-in co-ed classes that I have every Monday.

It's a mixed-gender class though no specific gender balance, either way, can be guaranteed, nor is aimed for.

Yoga mats will be arranged in a horseshoe or circular pattern around the teacher so that each person faces the teacher but is not looking directly at other people – and nobody is behind you.

PLEASE READ:

👉🏻 Please bring your mat, if you don't have a mat you can borrow one at the venue but a towel needs to be placed on top for protection, please bring a towel.

The venue will be comfortably heated, I suggest to bring a bottle of water to the class.

A shower downstairs is available for use after class. Please bring your own towel.
