This Funzing Experience:
Private or 1-2-1 yoga classes/sessions are classes specifically created to fit your needs and wants.
Yoga can sometimes be intimidating when you are surrounded by many people in classes and receive no attention from the teacher, or want to know more, get into the details and the real practice.
Private yoga is an amazing way to become introduced to yoga as an overall practice, get to know your body and work with a teacher who is there to help you and guide you towards whatever it is you want to achieve. Sequencing is created to help you with your goals and tailored towards your body and you as a person.
I am an experienced London based teacher and I work closely with my students to encourage the built of a self practice; some of their goals are simply to build strength, flexibility, relieve pain or anxiety, or really trust themselves - practice instinctively.

Options: I am able to book a studio, equipped space AND also able to come to you, if you are London based.
Sessions vary between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, depending on your time and needs.
