This Funzing Experience:
Caroline is bringing you a brand new health and fitness class focusing on both body and mind. 'BodyWellbeing' is a full mind/body wellness workout.

Fusing yoga, dance, pilates and martial arts, every single minute and exercise in the class is there to creatively stretch, free and mobilise the body and mind. The experience will release tensions, wipe away stress, and leave you relaxed, happier, and with greater wellbeing.

The class will activate your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for great clarity of mind, better production of hormones, regeneration of tissues, and release of tight muscle areas.

Developed over 18 months in Edinburgh, Scotland, the workout has now reached London and found a home near the Barbican. We are doing a 4 week trial of the class, offering it free of charge for those who want to have a taster of what BodyWellbeing is all about. Space is limited so book now!
