This Funzing Experience:

Weekly Online "Live" Vinyasa Yoga Class for a gentle start into your Sunday morning. 60 minutes of movement, breathwork, meditation and self-love, suitable for all levels.

The class takes place on Zoom from 9-10 am GMT London time/10:00-11:00 am CET Vienna time.

Please ensure to be ready at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

I recommend setting up 10 minutes before following these steps:

1. put some comfy clothes on

2. get your mat ready (I also recommend preparing some water, a blanket and a pillow)

3. pick your device of choice, set it up and open your email - the link to the class will be sent out on the day including the link to the playlist

4. take a moment to settle down

If you have any injuries or health restrictions please send me an email prior to the class so I can accommodate you.

PS: if preferred you can leave your camera turned off even though I recommend having it on so I can check in with you once in a while.
