Learn in just one personalized individual session how to relax your body and master a deep and profound control of your breath.

Relaxing and breathing are two simple yet enormously powerful tools that will help you find a state of mental silence and confidence that will lead you out of the experience of anxiety to gain back your strength and clarity in your daily life.

Join Ivan as he introduces you to the newest mindful craze "The Grinberg Method”. If you have never heard of this work, it’s your opportunity to give it a go! The Grinberg Method is a powerful embodied way of learning to enhance your body attention—that is, your ability to perceive your body and your true self.

Since childhood, we are taught to develop our mental attention. Thus, in adulthood, when we have a problem, we tend to use our intellect and think about how to solve things or sort out what’s best for us.

Most of the time, though, this is not the best way to understand a problem or figure out what we want or need. Instead, paying attention to ourselves, feeling our body, our needs, may be the right approach to understand what is happening and what is needed. That's how "you will feel" what you want or what you need to do, and be able to move on in the right direction.

These sessions are now offered ONLINE (via Skype). Find a silent place where you can lay down (rather than on your bed, try a yoga mat or a nice carpet). It's preferable that you are alone. I will lead the session following your description of how you feel and what you want to achieve. Unfortunately, I will not be able to touch your body (which is essential in these somatic session) but you will be able to describe your bodily sensations and I will guide you through to help you release efforts, expand your breath and digest whatever issues, situations or memories are stuck in your body.
