The Grinberg Method is a powerful embodied way of learning to enhance your body attention—that is, your ability to perceive your body and your true self.
Since childhood, we are taught to develop our mental attention. Thus, in adulthood, when we have a problem, we tend to use our intellect and think about how to solve things or sort out what’s best for us.
Most of the time, though, this is not the best way to understand a problem or figure out what we want or need. Instead, paying attention to ourselves, feeling our body, our needs, may be the right approach to understand what is happening and what is needed. That's how "you will feel" what you want or what you need to do, and be able to move on in the right direction.
