Weekly Mindfulness Meditation class with Find Your Calm
Drop ins welcome, suitable for all!
This class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their practice.
It is 1 hour in duration and will include some Mindfulness learning and tools you can use day to day. There will be at least 20 minutes of guided Mindfulness meditation.
Each class varies in content, so is ideal for those who want to attend a regular group for ongoing practice together.
There will also be time for reflection and optional discussion.
The class is led by myself, Heather. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK college of mindfulness meditation.
I teach from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes.Read Less
