This Funzing Experience:
This is a one day mindfulness workshop online.
I invite you to join me, Heather, for a day of mindfulness learning and practicing mindfulness meditation.
It is suitable for beginners as we will be covering the background and foundations of mindfulness meditation but it also good for those who want to deepen their practice.
Practicing mindfulness regularly has the potential to have a profound beneficial impact on your mental health and physical health. It can improve your wellbeing and transform your emotional state.
On this day workshop you will learn mindfulness tools you can use in your daily life and you will learn how to establish your own regular mindfulness practice.
I teach from the Mindfulness Now programme and I am qualified with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditaion.
There will be time for reflection and optional discussion with the group.
The class will run from 9.30am-4.30am with two breaks and time for lunch in between.
The course is fully guided and course materials will be issued. All you have to do is show up!
