A Crunchy, Tasty, Fun Cooking and Eating Experience with a bit of Zing!

Do you love the spicy, zesty, fresh flavours and crunch of Indian street food and want to learn how to create these treats – join Ritu’s Kitchen and she’ll show you how. The experience will be creative, hands-on, fun and tasty.

Get a small group of friends together or come alone, roll your sleeves up and get ready to prepare, make and eat. You’ll be preparing; crispy and healthy vegetarian samosas (baked not fried), a coriander and chilli sauce, a tamarind and date sauce and a crispy protein packed street chaat snack. Seriously tasty food which you can eat individually as street food or together for a dinner party starter...prepare to re-create and impress friends.

Ritu’s love of food started in her mother’s kitchen and she would love to share her authentic yummy family recipes with you, where you will learn how to blend spices and flavours.

Ritu continually grows her repertoire of recipes to include food from all over the globe, the most recent addition is wheat free gnocchi with brown butter and sage and wheat free Indian spiced dumplings with sesame seeds.

All recipes have been created to ensure that you are able to make these at home.

  • Welcome drink  - detox ginger tea or lassi
  • An intimate cooking experience where you can really learn about flavours, spices and recipes and most importantly, eating time
  • Approx 2 hours of cooking
  • Recipes to take home
  • If you have a favourite apron, feel free to bring it with you and you can also borrow one
  • NB Please bring containers so you can take your freshly prepared food home if there is any left...
