This Funzing Experience:

Hello food lovers! :-)

I provide workshops and online cooking classes for anyone that wants to learn how to make fresh hand-made pasta and other Italian dishes taught by an authentic Italian cook and traditional pasta maker.

The workshop is also an opportunity to learn new skills, acquire more knowledge about Italian culture, socialise with like-minded people and ultimately to feel confident in the kitchen when inviting friends and family over for a meal and be proud of something you created with your own hands 🙂

All you need to do is grab the ingredients, a nice bottle of wine and together we will spend the evening forgetting about the worries of the day, sharing a laugh, lots of cooking tips and a delicious meal at the end of the class as a final reward.

Experience includes:

In this class we will cook "Polenta", a traditional dish from Northern Italy. 


INGREDIENTS required x 2 pax:

- 150gr of polenta flour (yellow corn flour) preferably the one with easy speedy cooking time
- 1 pint of hot water with vegetable stock
- 1 pint of milk
- 2 tbs of parmesan cheese
- parsley
- black pepper and salt
- olive oil
- chilly flakes

- 2 cod fillets or any other white fish fillet you prefer (sea bream, sea bass, halibut, etc)
- 1 bag of Italian broccoli stems (the one long and thin)
- 30gr of butter
- half a glass of milk or fresh cream if you prefer a thicker sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon
- handful of parsley
- black pepper and salt

UTENSILS REQUIRED:
- 1 big pot for the polenta
- 1 rectangular tray (ceramic terrine is good too)
- 1 big wooden spoon or spatula
- 1 frying pan
- 1 chopping board
- foil or baking paper
- forks, spoons and knives
